Many of our donor families join the TransLife Donor Family Circle, which gathers throughout the year to talk, share, heal and grow. While each of us experience grief in very personal ways, the families of organ and tissue donors share a common bond and knowledge that even in the darkest moments, a beautiful gift of hope can bloom.
Our TransLife Family Services Coordinator works with members of the Donor Family Circle to plan activities throughout the year in addition to our annual Remembrance Day.
The Circle also offers an opportunity for interested families to become engaged in public education initiatives. Organ and tissue transplantation is truly the gift of a lifetime made possible by the wonderful kindness of donors and their families.
Individuals that have been directly touched by donation can carry the torch, sharing a message of hope with our community.
